Renovation of a municipal facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000352936 The project will consist of site prep, slab, installation and testing of 100KW natural gas generator and transfer switch and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Questions or inquiries should be submitted no later than May 30, 2024 and be directed in writing to David Fergot, Deputy Commissioner of Facilities Management, davidfergot@ongov.net Bidders are informed that this project is being progressed by the Onondaga County utilizing a cyber security grant. This project will be subject to NYS prevailing wage. Contractor to provide the following: MWBE Utilization plan, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy Statement, Workforce Employment Utilization Report, and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Utilization Goals: MBE Utilization Goal of 18% and WBE Utilization Goal of 12%. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified/ bank check, made payable to The County of Onondaga. Bids with inadequate bid security will be declared informal.
