Renovation of an educational facility in Clinton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of existing air handling units. Scope includes removal of steam existing air handling units and steam equipment, as well as extension of ductwork and piping. Commencement of the Work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of Clinton Community School District The Bidder shall state on the Proposal Form the date that Bidder guarantees completion of the project. Substantial completion is expected to be July 18, 2025, and project completion is expected August 1, 2025. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner. Commencement of the Work will be at the Owner's discretion.
