Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Louisville Procurement Services, on behalf of Physical Plant Department, (PPD) is requesting bids from a qualified contractor to replace the Emergency Generator serving the Life Sciences Building located on Belknap Campus. The awarded contractor must remove the existing non-working 100KW Natural Gas Emergency Generator which is located on the roof of the Life Sciences Building and install a pre-purchased new 125 KW, 480/277V Natural Gas Emergency Generator. The project includes structural work, new gas line and electrical equipment associated for a complete functional emergency power source to the building. Deadline for Written Questions 07/16/2024 by 12:00PM, EST. This information shall be transmitted by email to: Evan Riddell evan.riddell@louisville.edu University of Louisville, Procurement Services 2215 S Brook St. Louisville, KY 40292. For any delay in completion, the Supplier and their Sureties shall be liable for, and shall pay the University, the aggregate sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) as fixed, agreed, and liquidated damages for each calendar day of the delay until the Contract work is completed and accepted.
