Project Duration 130 working days Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all the required labor, materials, equipment, parts, implements, supplies, and permits necessary for, or appurtenant to, the construction and completion of the project indicated above in accordance with the Standard Drawings and the Specifications prepared for this project. In general, the project consists of the addition of a crosswalk with traffic signal improvement, extension of a sidewalk, curb ramp replacements, full section pavement reconstruction, adjustment of existing utility boxes, concrete and pavement demolition, removal and haul away, replacement of pavement striping and markings, and incorporation of the City of Beverly Hills Wilshire Blvd- La Cienega Blvd Streetscape Standards sidewalk elements (tree, benches, pedestrian lighting, specialized sidewalk pattern, etc.) at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Crescent Drive. In addition, the project includes other off-site improvements along Wilshire Blvd between Peck Drive and Rexford Drive. Such work includes curb and gutter replacement, repair and installation of bus pads, pavement spot repairs, and catch basin deck replacements along Wilshire Boulevard. The project may require the work to be performed at night, on weekends, or with other working hour restrictions depending on the work activities or coordination with other permitted work.
