Renovation of an educational facility in Gaffney, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Cherokee County School District is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to furnish and install three commercial condensing tankless water heaters at Ewing Middle School in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications contained within the solicitation. SCOPE OF WORK: o Furnish and install three (3) Rinnai CU199 Commercial Condensing Tankless Water Heaters. o Include gas regulators and piping. o Alter water piping to complete. o Include new recirc pump, piping, and aquastat. o Venting to outside at stairwell through storage closet. o Disconnect existing storage tank and leave in basement. o Disconnect existing boiler and piping and remove from site. o Include pipe insulation. o Include electrical allowance of $300.00.
