Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work under this contract includes the installation of an above-ground, landscaped, storm water detention basin with an adjacent retaining wall. The detention basin installation location will be on a residential property where a structure currently resides and shall be demolished as a part of construction. The project will also include the installation of around 300 Lin. Ft. of 10-inch, 12-inch, and 18-inch new PVC storm sewer mainline and five new manholes. Restoration of any associated asphalt concrete pavement, Portland cement sidewalk, curb, and driveway, and existing surface will be required. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. BID SUBMITTAL: Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished to the bidders. Completed bids must arrive electronically via Equity Hub's Bid Locker at online NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Your bid must be uploaded prior to the Closing Date and Time.
