The City of Bedford is requesting proposals from qualified Bidders to provide demolition and / or asbestos removal services for buildings located 2000 Forest Ridge Dr, Building - B. o All Demolition Services will be performed by a Contractor licensed to practice in the State of Texas. With each project, providers will be required to include copies of current applicable licenses/training for each employee engaged on that project. o All Asbestos Abatement Services will be performed by a Licensed Asbestos Contractor licensed to practice in the State of Texas. With each project, providers will be required to include copies of current licenses for each employee engaged on that project. Bid Bond Yes This RFP does not commit the City to award a contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to seek additional or new submittals, negotiate terms and conditions, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any submittal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Any contract will be awarded on the basis of recognized competence and integrity within the field and other factors deemed relevant by the City, and while price 4 will be an important factor in the City's decision, price will not be the sole determining factor.
