Site work for a civil project in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project involves approximately 160 lineal feet of 36 inch diameter pipe that will be lined with cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) for the sanitary sewer under Ashland Avenue in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Project location is Cook County. Work also includes but is not limited to sewer cleaning and televising, bypass pumping, site restoration and traffic control. All work shall comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to agree to not less than the prevailing rate of wages will be paid to all workmen, laborers, and mechanics performing their work under their contract. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a "unit price basis". Bidding Documents also may be examined at the District office located at 700 West End Avenue, Chicago Heights, IL 60411, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (local time). Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of $25.00 for each set, which shall be non-refundable. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
