Site work for a water / sewer project in Ohio Township, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 1,123 lineal feet of 8-inch SDR-26 sewer main by open-cut, five (5) 48" diameter standard manholes, and 23 lateral service re-connections. Tree removal, erosion control, surface restoration, fence removal, and all other work required to provide a complete project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security, in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the highest aggregate bid, shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid, which is deemed most favorable to the Owner The Bid date has been cancelled.
