For Installation of New Pumping Equipment Including Pumps, Suction and Discharge Piping, Valves and Fittings, Skids and Mounting Frames, Concrete Slab and Access, Complete Electrical Service, and Controls, Etc. And All Other Related Appurtenances as Shown on the Drawings. Each Bidder Must Deposit With the Bid, Security in the Amount of at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price, as Described in the Instructions to Bidders.
