Cleveland Metroparks is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors interested in a redesign of interactive, multi-media exhibits including a three-dimensional topographic watershed map and walk-in storm sewer tunnel located within the Watershed Stewardship Center and entering into a six (6) year contract with potential for up to a five (5) year renewal. Cleveland Metroparks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to negotiate or to reject any and all proposals and parts of any and all proposals and waive all technicalities. Written questions must be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com by Thursday, June 6, 2024 by 2p.m. (EST). Only written questions received by Thursday, June 6, 2024 by 2p.m. (EST) shall be answered by Cleveland Metroparks by Friday, June 7, 2024 by 2 p.m. (EST) via www.publicpurchase.com. Cleveland Metroparks will not be responsible for any oral instructions or information. Design, development and installation of exhibits as detailed in this RFP, with emphasis on incorporating proposer's demonstrated experience in creating innovative multimedia exhibits focused on environmental education, watershed conservation, and similar themes. 2. Support and maintenance approach for exhibits as detailed in this RFP, including relevant service level agreements, hourly rates for services, etc. 3. Proposers will provide detailed visuals of the proposed project in the form of drawings, written descriptions, and/or 3D models. A storyboard should be included that outlines the themes and goals of the exhibit. User experience will be outlined, i.e.: what interactions occur when interactive components are engaged, the order of interactions from start to finish, outline of guest takeaways, open-ended experiences (if any). 4. Technical specs will be provided for software and hardware components, that include any applicable product documentation, security and data privacy information, software release schedule, training materials, and/or technical support resources. 5. Vendors will provide a month-to-month timeline of design, development, and installation over the first 18 months of the contract.
