This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to solicit proposals from pre-qualified proponents to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services Clayton County Public Schools ("CCPS" or "District") for the North Clayton High School. Only Proponents already pre-qualified by CCPS to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services may submit proposals. Proponents will provide services to CCPS as needed. Questions Due Date: Jun 4th 2024, 3:00 PM EDT. INTENT TO AWARD CCPS intends to make one (1) award; however, CCPS reserves the right to make one (1) award, multiple awards or no award for RFP No: 24-09 Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for North Clayton High School.
