Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houma, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Description: This project consists of construction of an aggregate surface parking lot. Work includes but is not limited to the following: clearing/grubbing/stripping, excavation and embankment, subgrade preparation, grading, drainage, PCC pavement, wheel stops, concrete curb and gutter, signage and striping, and other associated work. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for HIGHWAY, STREET, AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION (CLASS II) OR MUNICIPAL AND PUBLIC WORKS CONSTURCTION (CLASS IV). The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER.
