As an NCI designated comprehensive cancer center, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center consists of a wide range of different occupancies and sensitivities. Renovation is a continual process consisting of projects in varying sizes, complexity, and cost. The work of these projects may require Special Inspections and Materials Testing Services. Roswell Park is soliciting competitive proposals for qualified Consultants to provide Special Inspections and Materials Testing on an as-needed basis for projects when required. After contract award, the successful Bidder(s), shall provide Services in compliance with Roswell Park requirements, industry standards, and all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. As a result of this RFP, Roswell Park may award multiple Agreements to Term Consultants to provide the proposed Services. Term Consultants will sign a Resultant Agreement for a three (3) year initial term which shall automatically renew for three (3) successive one (1) year renewal terms unless written notice of nonrenewal by either party is given at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term. Roswell Park will engage Term Consultants to prepare a Special Inspections and Testing Fee inclusive reimbursables on a project-by-project basis. Each project specific request will detail the scope of services to be provided and include any applicable Contract Documents. Roswell Park will issue a Work Authorization/Purchase Order enabling the Term Consultant to proceed with the project specific scope of services. Since the volume, type, and complexity of future projects is unknown, Roswell Park cannot commit a balance of work between the selected Term Consultants or a minimum amount to any Term Consultant. The approximate yearly spend on Services is between $10,000 and $20,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
