Site work for a civil project in Burlingame, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of cleaning existing storm drain pipes and a culvert in the City of Burlingame. Base Bid Schedule A includes cleaning approximately 860 linear feet of an existing 54" storm drain reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) on Lorton Avenue between Howard Avenue and California Drive. The cleaning method is anticipated to be high-pressure water jetting, vacuuming, and by use of hand tools. Work will also consist of traffic control on Lorton Avenue, removing miscellaneous debris, and off hauling sediment and debris. Base Bid Schedule B includes cleaning approximately 40 linear feet of an existing 8' x 12' concrete storm drain arch culvert which runs under Crescent Avenue between Ralston Avenue and Howard Avenue. The cleaning method is anticipated to be high-pressure water jetting, vacuuming, and by use of hand tools. Work will also consist of acquiring Agreement for Right of Entry permits, removing miscellaneous debris, and off hauling sediment and debris. All work specified in this project, shall include the base bid and alternate bids (if shown in Proposal), and shall be completed within 45 of Working Days (WD) (forty-five working days) from date of the Notice to Proceed.
