Renovation of a fire / police facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Description: The Base Bid includes replacement of the facility existing natural gas boiler with new boilers and circulating pumps and replace the facility existing heat pump condenser water distribution pumps with new and upgrade associated system piping and components. Project includes some plumbing, electrical, and concrete work to support the project along with some roof penetrations for the new boilers' combustion air and venting system. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be Question Deadline 05/30/2024 directed to the ARCHITECT Questions received within five days prior to the date for opening of Bids or as stated in the Pre-bid meeting will not be answered.
