The City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development Request for Qualifications for the Reconstruction of Terrace Ave in Norwood It is expected that the design and engineering activities will commence no later than August 8, 2024, and all final deliverables, including plans, technical specifications, and projected construction costs, will be completed early 2025.
