All questions will be addressed by the Procurement Manager via Addendum to this
RFP. Questions submitted after the deadline provided below in the "Summary of
Anticipated Schedule" will not be addressed. The City reserves the right to revise or extend this schedule at its sole option. In its sole
discretion, expand or reduce the criteria upon which it bases its final decisions regarding
selection of an Offeror for this project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all
proposals or parts of proposals, to negotiate modifications of proposals submitted, and to
negotiate specific proposal elements with an Offeror into a project of lesser or greater
magnitude than described in this RFP or the Offeror's reply.
Questions pertaining to this RFP will only be accepted through email by no later than
5:00 p.m. according to the specified date in the schedule above. This is the date and
time set for submitting written questions regarding the RFP document and
procurement process to the Chief Procurement Officer and Project Manager via email

The Offeror shall also furnish a Performance Bond executed by a Surety Company
duly authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico, in an amount equal to
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), as security for the faithful performance
of the contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
