Remove and dispose of all existing siding and trim from the facility Install weather vapor barrier with water resistance and breathability Vertically install Hardie Cement Board and batten siding - Select Cedarmill Owner to determine color Trim around all edges, new fascia where necessary, new trim around all windows, doors, vents, light fixtures etc. properly caulk and seal all seams, edges, doors and windows w/ color match caulking Owner to determine trim/batten color Clean up and dispose of all job-related debris off-site. Any contract let from this RFP shall be in effect upon the date of award and shall continue to be in effect until the termination of the Contract.
