Description: The Project consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a new sludge pump station within the existing aerated sludge lagoon to house the new sludge grinder and rotary lobe feed pumps, replacement of the existing belt filter press with a rotary fan press and screw conveyor, replacement of the polymer feed system, rehabilitation of the existing sludge dewatering building, replacement of the water supply system, electrical improvements, electrical improvements, civil improvements, and other miscellaneous improvements. Question Deadline 05/31/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. The final addenda shall be issued at a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date and time for opening of Bids. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve the bidder from any obligation under his bid submitted.
