This statement of work is for the EL Paso Veterans Health Care System primarily located at the 5001 N. Piedras St, EL Paso, TX 79930. EL Paso Health Care System needs to upgrade the access control system software to facilitate additional hardware license. This is required to meet Physical Security requirements as outlined in VA Handbook 0730/4, Appendix B. This project will also update the Software Service Agreement on the CCURE Operating System. Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing no later than 2:00pm Central Standard Time (CST), May 22, 2022. Please list "Questions: Solicitation 36C25724Q0624 in subject line of e-mail and send to David Simmons at david.simmons@va.gov. Please reference the section of the solicitation/page number from which your question is derived. Questions must be submitted in writing to the email address specified above to be answered in the amendment. An amendment to the solicitation will be posted answering questions submitted by potential offerors in accordance with this paragraph Period of Performance will be: Base Year: 05/31/2024 - 05/30/2025
