The scope is from Bate Steam Distribution Center to the Wright Branch Steam Tunnel. The existing tunnel is approximately 6' x 6' inside, brick built, w/ cast-in-place concrete floor slab and ceiling slab, approximately 2' to 4' below finished grade.
