Demolition, site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The Work generally includes the demolition of the existing transfer station and construction of a larger expanded facility. Bid packages are as follows with full details provided in the Project Manual. Bid Package No. 1: General Contractor Bid Package No. 2:Earthwork/Demolition Bid Package No. 3: Concrete Bid Package No. 4: Metal Building Systems Bid Package No. 5: Metal Building Erection Bid Package No. 6: Plumbing Bid Package No. 7: HVAC Bid Package No. 8: Electrical The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in his opinion, may be in the best interest of the OWNER. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier Check in an amount not less than five percent(5%) of the Bid if the Bid amount exceeds $35,000. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment including Equal Employment Opportunity to be observed. BIDDERS shall be licensed as required by statutes and the rules and regulations of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board.
