Fabric shades to be 1% open, with 4" fascia, inside mount on frames. Note: This will be an FY25 project with work to begin no sooner than July 1, 2024. Scope: Provide requested window covering as per specifications. Specifications can be found on the Attachment tab. Awarded contractor must; Field verify dimensions prior to order. Provide product data on materials quoted to IDOT. Work to be completed during normal Iowa DOT business hours, Monday-Friday. Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders as work performance and work capacity.
