Site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

Santa Fe County Community Development Department (CDD) is requesting proposals from qualified consultant firms to develop an electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and equipment plan related to all Santa Fe County fleet operations. All proposals submitted shall be valid for ninety (90) days subject to action by the County. Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part or in whole. A completed proposal shall be submitted in a sealed container indicating the proposal title and number along with the Offeror's name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container. The Task 1 deliverable should consist of an executive summary to include the following: a. Overview of anticipated advancements in EV and charger technology b. Overview of relevant State and Federal policy including the ACC II and ACT standards and current and anticipated tax rebate programs c.
