The Idabel Housing Authority Will Receive Sealed Proposals Until the Date and Time Stated Above for the 2023 Capital Fund Program Consisting of Bathroom Renovations, Kitchen Remodels, , Roofing Replacement, Sewer Line and Shutoff Valves Replacement as Described at Selected Locations at Project Ok004- 1 (100 Dwelling Units); Sixty (60) Units at Lyndon Road, and Twenty-four (24) Units at 7th Street and Project Ok004-2 (100 Dwelling Units); Forty (40) Units at Quincy and Sixty (60) Units at Hillcrest Located in Idabel, Oklahoma. Bids Shall Include All Necessary Labor, Materials, Equipment and Supervision to Accomplish the Described Work and Other Miscellaneous Related Work.
