All Materials Shall Meet the Requirements of the Appropriate Chapter of Section 700, Odot Stan- Dard Specifications for Highway 1999 Edition. Construction, o Bidder Shall Supply Product Specifications for 1-1/2" Crusher Run With Their Bid. Bidder Shall Submit With Their Bid a Copy of a Current Mix Design for Each Class of Concrete, Certified as Meeting the Requirements of Section 701.01 of the Specifica- Tions. o Failure to Submit Cur- Rent Certified Mix Designs May Be Considered as Constituting a Non-respon- Sive Bid. Asphalt Concrete Type B: Rock, #57: Hot Mix Cold Lay, Type Hc4: Rock, 1-1/2" Crusher Run; Type a Aggregate. Base; and Concrete Sand Will Be Received by the City of Duncan at the Pro- Duction Site Listed by Bid- Der. Hauling Distance and Associated Costs Will Be a Consideration in Awarding Bid.
