The Owner will accept, until 2:00 pm May 29, 2024, sealed Prequalification's Submittals from Contractors interested in submitting construction bids forthe Project. Bidders are required to provide a business relationships affidavit, non-collusion affidavit, and bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, surety bid bond, or an irrevocable letter of credit at the time of bid.
