The work will include all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and all other costs associated with clearing and grading approximately 1,793 SY of existing park area, placement of approximately 723 SY of asphalt paving, construction of approximately 97 SY of concrete sidewalk, installation of approximately 32 LF of 18" RCP storm pipe and 277 LF of drainage swales, installation and maintenance of erosion, sediment and pollution control BMPs and final site stabilization for the construction of a parking lot located in Memorial Park on West US Highway 80 in Pooler, GA. Bidders must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of municipal work experience in asphalt paving and drainage improvements in addition to other requirements. Insurance certificates, meeting those limits as stated in the bid documents, 5% bid bond in the form of a bond submitted by a surety authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia, or certified or cashier's check and a non-collusion affidavit must be completed and submitted with the bid.
