As of 9/4/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Energy Savings Improvement Program Proposed Central Plant Upgrades at the Atlantic County Civil Courthouse Location: the Atlantic County Civil Courthouse Question Deadline 06/17/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All work timelines are exclusive of Weekends & Holidays. All work to begin within 10 (ten) working days from Notice to Proceed. This project must be completed ASAP & within the County approved Construction Schedule. The Substantial Completion Date shall be Four Hundred and Eighty (480) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Base Bid project. The Final Completion Date shall be Five Hundred and Ten (510) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Base Bid project. Liquidated Damages for work not completed within the approved schedule shall be assessed in the amount of $ 500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond must be not less than ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid, except that no check or bid bond shall be for more than $20,000.00 and made payable to the Atlantic County Treasurer which the undersigned agrees is to be forfeited as liquidated damages and not a penalty if the Contract is awarded to the undersigned and the undersigned shall fail to execute the Contract for the project or furnish the required bond. Otherwise, said deposit shall be returned to the undersigned.
