Reference Number 0000270628 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/29 02:00:00 PM EDT The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the replacement of two (2) air handling units known as AHU 5B and AHU 4B at the St. Clair College South Windsor Campus located at 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor Ontario N9A 6S4. Bid Bond shall be in the sum of 10% of the Bid Price. Agreement to Bond stating that the surety providing the Bid Bond is willing to supply a Performance Bond of 50% of Contract Price, Excluding HST and a Labour and Material Payment Bond of 50% of the Contract Price, Excluding HST.
