The work generally involves interior renovations. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: o Removing interior ceiling finishes (painted drywall and wood, and rough plywood above some areas of suspended ceiling), polyethylene vapour barrier, strapping, fiberglass batt insulation, blocking between rafters, installing framing to lower the ceiling nominally 100mm with new rafter bracing/blocking (not obstructing the ventilation path between the insulation and roof sheathing), mineral wool insulation, strapping, polyethylene vapour barrier, aluminum gutters, soffits, ridge vent, and interior finishes as indicated, and all work as specified in the Project's specifications and as shown on the Project Drawings.
