Reference number : 1851548 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-31 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The municipality of Lac-aux-Sables will receive bids in sealed envelopes marked "BID - CONTRACT FOR THE SNOW REMOVAL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAC-AUX-SABLES". The tender documents are available only through the SEAO electronic tender system at www.seao.ca. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the SEAO. Only bids prepared on the forms provided in the tender document will be considered. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount equivalent to 10% of the bid, taxes included, for the first year or a bid bond established in the same amount. All submissions must be valid for a period of 90 days, following the date set for the opening of submissions. The municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, particularly when it judges that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price. This notice does not confer any rights to anyone and does not create any obligations for the municipality.
