Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to Reroof 8 Canopies at McCants Middle. See solicitation for specifications. Location: McCants Middle School Total Cost $__________________ 2. 8 concrete canopies with built-up roofing system 3. Total sq ft approximately 8,350 4. Remove existing gravel stop metal & dispose of. 5. Install wood blocking around perimeter to match height of new insulation. 6. Clean and remove existing debris on existing roof system. 7. Remove any existing gravel. 8. Install 1" insulation board, adhering with Olybond500 insulation adhesive. 9. Install 60 mil Carlisle TOP membrane securing to insulation using Sure Weld bonding adhesive. 10. Install Carlisle cover strip along edges to tie into gravel stop. 11. Site Visit Available upon request. 12. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash/debris disposed of off-site. 13. No tobacco products of any kind are allowed on school grounds 24/7/365 14. All debris will be removed and all areas cleaned to original state before the final payments are submitted. 15.
