Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to Prep & Paint Multiple Areas at Westside High. 1. Locations: Westside High 2. Prep & Paint all walls in front office: a. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Pre-Cat Epoxy (semi-gloss finish). b. Color: Sherwin Williams #6126 Navaho White 3. Prep & Paint ceiling grid in front office: a. Color: match science wing 4. Replace all ceiling tile in front office a. Style: match science wing 5. Prep & Paint all door jambs & window frame work (Entire School): a. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Urethane Industrial Enamel b. Color: Sherwin Williams Westside Rams grey 6. Prep & Paint all metal doors, interior & exterior (Entire School): a. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Urethane Industrial Enamel b. Color: Sherwin Williams Westside Maroon ALL WORK TO MATCH SCIENCE WING (400 BLDG)*** 7. Remove tack strips from walls 8. Sand all surfaces lightly so new paint will bond. 9. Clean all surfaces, removing dust, dirt, tape, etc. 10. Prime any bare areas with a bonding primer. 11. Caulk expansion joints with an elastomeric caulk, caulk cracks in corners, etc. 12. Tape out/cover cabinets, smart boards, rubber base, etc. 13. No murals will be painted over at any of the schools. 14. All paperwork, stickers or glue left on walls by teachers will be removed by painting contractor. 15. All debris will be removed and all areas cleaned to original state before final payments are submitted 16. Work hours will be determined on-site. 17. Mandatory Site Visit scheduled.
