demolition of Gymnasium Bids received m ore than ninety - six (96 ) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened A cashiers check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of (5%) of the bid shall accompany the submitted proposal of each bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid. 1. Performance Bond - 100% of Contract Amount 2. Statutory Bond - 100% of Contract Amount 3. One Year Defect Bond - 100% of Contract Amount The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. General Contractor shall demolish gymnasium facility to include hauling off all debris, and supply and install soil to infill and compact basement level to existing grade level. Install sod over disturbed site. 2. Demolition work to include removal and disposal of below grade foundations and basement walls. 3.
