One Year Defect Bond - 100% of Contract Amount The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. General Contractor shall demolish gymnasium facility to include hauling off all debris, and supply and install soil to infill and compact basement level to existing grade level. Install sod over disturbed site. 2. Demolition work to include removal and disposal of below grade foundations and basement walls. 3.
