Reference Number 0000270604 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/07 12:00:00 AM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/06/07 12:00:00 AM EDT The Conseil des Écoles Catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) acting on behalf of its Maintenance Department wishes to issue one or more contracts for maintenance and repair services relating to heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), in the CECCE buildings. The scope of work shall include the following items, but not limited to: Repair, replacement and installation of equipment and accessories related to heating, ventilation and air conditioning, such as heat pumps, boilers, fans, ventilation units, exchangers, humidifiers and others. Repair and maintenance of equipment powered by natural gas as well as piping. Replacement of filters, if required, at the buyer's request. Repair and calibration of pneumatic control systems, if required, at the request of the buyer. Repair of heating water pipes and coils. Starting the air conditioning unit. Preventative maintenance of equipment, if required, at the request of the buyer. Term: 2024/09/01 12:00:00 AM EDT - 2026/08/31 12:00:00 AM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
