The bid bond amount shall be equal to or exceed ten percent (10%) of this total amount. This Project has a MBE/WBE participation goal of 13% and is expressed as a percentage. This percentage defines the minimum percentage of the contracted dollar amount to be spent with City certified MBE/WBE companies performing a commercially useful function for the completion of this contract. The goal the contractor will be responsible for achieving will be confirmed or finalized as part of the bid evaluation process and will be listed in the contract. MBE/WBE prime offerors who have a documented disparity in the 2019 City of Columbus Disparity Study are eligible for the 5% proposal incentive credit.
