Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Escalante, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,700-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Escalante City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Medical Center Addition. The Project includes the following Work: A single-story, wood-framed, slab-on-grade addition of approximately 3,700 square feet to the south and east sides of the existing Escalante Medical Center building, including site improvements for utilities and expansion of the existing parking lot. Bids will be received for single contract. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,200,000. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. Document note: The online will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the website. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
