Solid Waste Removal and Recycling Services. Agency Specific Term Contract for the provision of Solid Waste Collection and Recycling Services for the following facilities located within the western region of the state: Broughton Hospital, J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Cetner, Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center, Julian F. Keith Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center and the North Carolina School for the Deaf. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 at 12:00 PM ET The North Carolina School for the Deaf (NCSD), established in 1894, is a day/residential facility for the education of children who are deaf and hard of hearing. It is located on a beautiful and historic 160-acre campus in Morganton, NC. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain pricing from qualified Vendors and award an Agency Specific Term Contract for the provision of Solid Waste Collection and Recycling Services for the following facilities The Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities oversees and manages 13 state operated healthcare facilities that treat adults and children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and neuro-medical needs that exceed the level of care available in the community. Other than through the process of negotiation under 01 NCAC 05B.0503, the State rejects and will not be required to evaluate or consider any additional or modified terms and conditions submitted with Vendor's bid or otherwise.
