RFP- Water Distribution Backflow Prevention and Cross Connection The County Department of Public Utilities seeks to retain professional services to maintain its comprehensive Water Distribution Back Flow Prevention, Cross Connection Control Program (the Program), which includes but is not limited to backflow prevention assembly testing, inspection, and repairs, and provision, hosting and maintenance of a Program database.
