The work is generally defined as Collection System Rehabilitation 2024 The work is in Manor Twp., East Hempfield Twp., and Manheim Twp. The work will consist of the installation of cured-in-place lining in 32 sections of 8-inch diameter sewer main totaling 8,585 feet and the reinstatement of 123 active sewer connections at the locations as identified in the project manual. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted via online. No questions will be accepted by phone, fax or direct e-mail. Each Bid must be accompanied by a scan of the Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check or Bid bond (in the required form) for 10% of the Bid total. The lowest responsible bidder shall submit the actual Bid Security to the Authority within three (3) business days after bid opening. LASA hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all Bids and waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid. The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, necessary equipment, and other utilities and facilities for, perform all work necessary for or incidental to, and perform all other obligations imposed by this Agreement for, the complete Work in connection with COLLECTION SYSTEM REHABILITATION 2024 herein called for, all in strict accordance with the Contract Documents as prepared by the Lancaster Area Sewer Authority.
