Reconnect to existing supply and return duct and install new duct smoke detectors. Remove condensate drain, refrigerant piping and hot water piping and install new condensate drain piping to the nearest roof drain. Remove and install new electrical power feeds, as required. New Automatic Temperature Controls include simple reconnection to existing. Provide miscellaneous structural support on roof to accommodate new HVAC unit.
