ENG-2024-16- Church Street Sanitary Replacement and Old Cannifton Road Sanitary Repairs Question Deadline: Tue Jun 11, 2024 4:30 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 3 Documents may be obtained at https://belleville.bidsandtenders.ca/ The Contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to complete the work as described in the Agreement, Addenda, Special Provisions, Information to Bidders, Supplemental Specifications, Standard Specifications, Tender Form, Supplemental General Conditions, and General Conditions. The following is a brief description of the work: The work involved with this construction project is in two (2) portions. First, the replacement of two (2) brick sanitary manholes (SA2485 and SA2488 - Old Cannifton Road Map) located on the section of Old Cannifton Road south of College Street East, along with two (2) repairs to the sanitary sewer main. As part of the manhole/sewer repairs, the works will also include granular base and hot mix asphalt reinstatement work. Second, approximately 100m of sanitary sewer replacement (SA1039 to SA1041 - Church Street Map) located on Church Street, between Dundas Street East and Bridge Street East. The works for this portion wil include reconnection of all existing sanitary sewer laterals and full depth asphalt repair. Award subject to final approval.
