A Request to Pre-Qualify (RTP) for Prime Contractors and Underground Contractors process has been completed prior to issuance of these Bid Documents. Any Bids received from companies that are not pre-qualified shall be returned to the Bidder unopened The Work generally comprises of: Expansion of the building and reservoir New well development and existing well decommissioning Underground pipeline construction Civil works including site preparation and grading, access road and parking lot, hard and soft landscaping, fencing and gates, and overall site restoration. Construction of new biological filtration treatment system. Upgrades and replacement to mechanical, electrical, and controls systems. The work is located within the Morin Lake Indian Reserve No. 217.
