Request Category Code: Surveying, Professional Services Description: Attn: Land Surveyors: Park County is requesting informal quotes for professional land surveying services for a portion (roughly 2,200 feet) of Sage Drive in Park County, Wyoming. The portion of road that is the focus of this survey extends from where Sage Drive crosses Sage Creek to where Sage Drive crosses Cody Canal. The scope of work includes the following: 1) Locate, Stake, and Monument Public Road ROW within the focus area; 2) Locate all utilities located within Public Road ROW within the focus area; 3) Provide topographic survey (drone preferred) extending to 50' on either side of the center of Public Road ROW within the focus area; a. To the extent possible without trespassing on private property unless permission from landowner is granted; b. Accuracy +/- 0.1 foot vertical (if not capabl indicate highest level of accuracy obtainable). 4) Provide CAD drawing, showing 1' contours, utilities, property corners, property ownership, ROW limits, existing roadway, existing driveways, Sage Creek, Cody Canal, all drainage culverts (location, length, diameter, and invert elevations), intersection of Shultz Drive, and any other pertinent features within the ROW; Pricing shall be on a T&M basis with a not to exceed total price without prior authorization by Park County.
