Reference Number 0000353377 This work consists of renovations to City of Knoxville office space on the 6th floor of the City County Building, 400 W. Main Street. The City of Knoxville is seeking bids for renovations to the Finance Suite and Policy/Deputy Suite on the 6th floor of the City County Building. The work consists of renovations in accordance with the attached specifications and plans. The project is for the City of Knoxville and will be managed by the Knoxville Public Building Authority, resulting in a tri-party contract. Question Deadline 06/11/2024 date change from 06/04/2024 at 4:30 PM ET as per spec Questions are submitted online no . No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Each request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Penny Owens, Purchasing Agent for the City of Knoxville, 400 Main Street, Room 667, Knoxville, TN 37902, or emailed to powens@knoxvilletn.gov. To be given consideration, such requests/questions must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Contractor's License: All bidders must be licensed contractors and must have either a BC or BC-B classification.
