Site work for a water / sewer project in Tompkinsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bidders, all bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to Housing Authority of Burkesville, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The surety company must be authorized to do business in the state where the project is located and must be acceptable of the Government. If the bid guarantee is not submitted with the bid, the PHA will reject the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds in accordance with Clause No. IO, Assurance of Completion, of the Instructions to Bidders The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any infonnality in the bidding
