Reference Number 0000353432 Job Location: Fort Collins, CO The State of Colorado, Institution of Colorado State University (CSU) is soliciting bids from Contractors for the C-Basin Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project Description of the Project: The Work of this Contract consists of traditional open cut methodology to install roughly 1,544 LF of 15-inch SDR 35 PVC sanitary sewer line. Additionally, the work includes a jacked bore underneath the BNSF railroad and the installation of 120 LF of 15-inch restrained joint SDR 26 PVC sanitary sewer line inside a 24-inch steel casing pipe. The utility work also includes installation and replacement of sanitary sewer manholes associated with the sewer main installations. Surface restoration shall be completed to bring disturbed areas back to pre-construction conditions. Bypass pumping will be required to divert contributory flows while construction takes place. Bypass system design shall be performed by the Contractor and approved by the Engineer. Project Delivery The project will be delivered under a Design/Bid/Build delivery method.
